Cleanup some default values
...
Set IVR tmux setting to Xonsh, since I cannot control my user's login
shell
Set some default editor and terminal settings in VSCodium so it
automatically launches tmux (thus, on my IVR machine, it will also pick
up Xonsh for my user's environment setting)

Move 23_ 05 support
...
Putting 23_05 directly into the top level overlays introduced
unnecessary calculations when it is only used in one location on the IVR
system. Therefore, we only import it at the point of its use.

Adding a set of aliases to my Xonsh work to start up a VPN that uses
BitWarden for OTP storage
Changed my Linux to specifically use Python 3.12 because the flag for
NamedTemporaryFile is introduced in 3.12
