Add a direct mount of the Btrfs on Jeremiah
...
Add a mountpoint for the root Btrfs volume on Jeremiah so that the root
of the volume can be accessed
Also, create and mount a PVE subvol for fiddling around with the Btrfs
suport in PVE

Limit Jeremiah to 1 job
...
Even with only 2 jobs in parallel, Jeremiah can't keep up with only 16GB
of RAM. Gonna have to push to get some more memory for it. This is
painful!

Remove libvirtd, because it was conflicting with vbox
Some reason it's only registering 16GB of RAM now, so we will reduce its
parallel limit in Gitlab CI
Re-arrange the elements in the file to be in alphabetical order
