When a build host is under heavy load, the Alpine text can sometimes be
entered before the boot has completed. So we increase the wait time to
avoid this in the future. There is no real harm from increasing wait
time, as there is no timeout on the login prompt
Hopefully this will give a little more information on what is happening
in the builds on QEmu servers. Tell builds to output to ttyS0 and then
capture that and output to the console.
