Remove the progress bar and fix the downloader
...
The progress bar *might* be causing problems during the upload. So we
remove it and allow the progress to be mysterious to the user
Return a non-zero error code if there is a failure
Make the cache directory first...

Convert the cache to golang
...
In the interest of performance, convert the fetcher and uploader to
golang and use the minio library, rather than repeated calls to the
server with the command line

Have cache actually check cache
...
Cache has not been hitting the actual cache bits, so now we will tell it
to reach out to the cache server locally and check for the ISO to be
present in the bucket before we run the curl at all
