Update EDITOR again
...
This time use nixvim instead of neovim
Reference the `build.package` output for the final version with configs
and settings and all of that jazz
Set nixvim as my default editor

No longer silently panic when a command fails
Check that filename has changed and only run when there is a newer
filename
